Frazee’s was amazing from start to finish. Tina spent so much time with me trying to pick out the color and style I was looking for. On 2 occasions, she let me take home multiple samples to view them in the space. She is so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I really felt like she truly cared about what I wanted. The quote also came back thousands of dollars less than other companies. The crew that installed the floor was also amazing. Noe led the work group and he is so great. They worked so hard and cleaned up everything upon leaving. The floor and stairs look phenomenal!!! Thank you Frazee’s!

We are new to RTP and always try to work with family-owned businesses. We went to Frazee Carpet and Flooring in Durham and are so glad we did. They have a great selection of quality products with very competitive pricing. We worked with both Tina Lee, who is quite knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, and Jason Lambert, who came to the house to measure and was very helpful and informative. We bought our flooring from Frazee but hired someone else to do the installation because we had some carpentry work that needed to be done – the perils of buying a flipped house with new flooring installed over rotten wood courtesy of Karma Acquisitions LLC. (1st pic) We love our new floors.

I called Frazee from the hospital after a complicated surgery and they carpeted this room before I was discharged ~ I am using this room on the first floor because I can’t get up to my master bedroom for 6-8 weeks. They sent texts with photos of what was in stock (I was still in the hospital) and installed the carpet the very next day before I was discharged. I was very impressed with their professionalism and grateful they were able to make it happen. Thank you!

Frazee installed LVP in two bathrooms, helped in the process of selecting the product and measured precisely. Felipe did the installation, recognized an issue and found a solution, did an excellent job overall. Pricing was reasonable. I look forward to working with them again for future flooring needs.

This is long, so bear with me. Overall, my wife and I had a positive experience getting carpet from Frazee. There were some glitches, however. My daughter had the company install carpet in her house and reported a positive experience, so I called Boyd whom she dealt with. After about a week I didn't hear back from him, so my wife and I stopped by the showroom. Boyd was in his office and showed us several carpet samples. He sent us an estimate four or five days later. I called him to make the purchase. The next step involved a rather "businesslike" employee who came out to measure the two rooms. Boyd told me he would let me know when the carpet arrived to their warehouse. After about a week and half of not hearing from anything, I called Boyd. Lo and behold, the carpet was there and had be
