We encountered Frazier Pest Control during the purchase of our new home. They were hired by the seller to inspect and treat the house for termites prior to closing. This experience has been completely unacceptable. After moving in, we discovered the termites were still very much active. We hired two other independent companies for second opinions, and both confirmed that Frazier Pest Control never actually performed the treatment they certified, despite the seller paying for it. To add insult to injury, Frazier attempted to make us pay for this "treatment" again, effectively trying to double-bill for a job they never did.
