RJ the service technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. Douglas the phone receptionist was prompt and courteous. But the salesman Mike with decades of experience never got back to us about pricing a new furnace. Talk about dropping the ball on a potential new customer.

Scam artist told me I needed to replace my water heater and it would cost me alot. I had someone come look at my water heater and they fixed it. I went without hot water for 3 months come to find out it was air in my lines this place should be shut down
