Fred Collis and Sons is the best. The wonderful experience started with Aaron who did an energy assessment at my daughter’s home. He was thorough, answered questions, explained everything and told us what she may be eligible for. When the guys came to install the hot water heater and dehumidifier and then insulated the house they were professional, personable and did a great job. After the job was completed, Aaron still maintained contact to ensure it was a job well done. I will recommend Fred Collis & Sons to friends and family.

Had an appointment scheduled for next week but unfortunately our boiler stopped running today. I called, the receptionist was very nice and they sent technicians out a few hours later. Technicians were pleasant and efficient, so far everything is running smoothly. Grateful for the help as we were struggling to find someone who services oil boilers to begin with.

Our furnace stopped working and the technician was excellent from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was going on, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring, and had everything fixed and running again the same day. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and genuinely cared about doing the job right. We’re very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend this company.

Very low temps outside. Furnace went out. I called and the tech was here within two hours. Dispatcher was awesome and friendly and the tech was amazing. While he was here, my hot water heater pressure valve broke and popped open and he replaced it on the spot as well. Very knowledgeable and efficient and very nice. Absolute life savers. Highly recommend
