Their company truck damaged my windshield I went through the procedure for them to rectify the situation and they resulted that they have no accountability of debris not properly secured damaging peoples belongings and not taking ownership of it. Would not recommend this company for any contractual needs based on several other reviews they practice how to get over on the community I’m sure that transfers over to the work relationship they have with their prospective clients.

This company doesn’t care about the other drivers on the roads. The dump trucks will pull out in front of you coming the other way when the roads are coned off. They will out the stop sign down while we are still going throw it. Very unprofessional company. They must be the cheapest the city can get because they definitely aren’t the best.

I was driving towards Cary on US 1 yesterday. A logo-ed Fred Smith company truck was driving in the left lane (see photos). I was behind him for 5-10 miles, and his speed kept fluctuating from 50-70 mph. I decided best thing was to pass him in the right lane. I turn on my directional and begin to pass him. At the exact same time that I begin to pass him, he engages his directional and quickly begins coming into the right lane. The concerning part? He did not stop coming into my lane. He kept coming, forcing me fully onto the shoulder at highway speed. I kept my hand on the horn the entire time. Narrowly missing road debris I somehow negotiated my way back onto the highway, . Adding insult to injury, he then proceeded to make his way back into the left lane (????). I don't kno

I would not recommend Fred Smith Company Construction. They came through my neighborhood for road work and left visible damage to the corner of my driveway. When I submitted a claim, they brushed it off by saying the area was part of the “right of way” and therefore not their responsibility. Regardless of technicalities, the fact remains that they damaged my property and refused to take accountability or make it right. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service.

Marked company truck. Pulls up and double parks in a fire lane to go into a store. Blocking the route for other drivers. When I called him out about his behavior the man tried to get physical telling me let's go outside to fight. Full uniform on in a company truck. Fred Smith your company's employees are really giving your company a bad name. Trash people. Trash behavior.
