This was our first time replacing an HVAC system and we had a lot of questions. Phil was patient and answered all the questions to help us feel great about the situation. We had a S Series hybrid system installed about three months ago. So far the unit has been preforming great. The heat pump blows warm but not hot air. We really enjoy this because it allows the house to stay at a nice comfortable temperature rather than getting very hot, then cooling off too much like a regular furnace. Phil was very helpful in explaining the system when it was installed. They removed the old unit and installed the new one very quickly. We have beautiful large south facing windows. 33 feet of windows. 5x8 the largest. The heat hit in the summer is intense. In the winter they warm our house. After trying split units, window units, I called Frederick heating & air conditioning to come and evaluate our situation. They arrived the same day I called. Looked at our ancient central air unit, suggested an updated system. They installed it the next day. With a very decent price. Due to issues we had with ducts etc, they came back to help me get it running perfectly for our heat hit. Responding immediately, when possible. Coming by offering help and suggestions. Totally comfortable now. Thanks for having such a caring, customer service company.

Phil and Frederick Heating & A/C are awesome! They saved our butts the summer of 2023 when the temps were close to 100deg and our AC system went down. They came quickly, when no one else could, and within 2 days had installed a completely new high efficiency system. Phil and the crew did a fantastic job at the installation of a brand new system for us. Got us scheduled super quick and had everything ready to go. Installation was a breeze and the guys did a great job! Would absolutely recommend. Edit - 6 months later and the system is working perfectly! We went with the Amana S-series heat pump based on Phil's recommendation and it works so quietly and efficiently that you forget its even on. Best HVAC system I've ever owned in terms of ability to keep up with demands and deliver consistent performance while keeping bills lower than I've ever had them with any prior system.
