Fred's Plumbing and Home Furnace

We were having humidity issues in our basement and were unable to keep the humidity down. Fred's employees came out quickly and evaluated the situation to figure out the best solution. The changed a fan speed on our AC unit and the humidity levels are now much better. They were friendly, timely, and efficient in finding a solution. We would highly recommend Fred's.

When their technician arrived, he immediately stayed .This furnace is old. You should replacing it with a new model. After listening to furnace said exhaust fan wasn't working. Quoted repair $750.00 I purchased needed part online $149.00. Took 15 min. To install. My opinion,more concerned about making money than taking care of a customer
