Absolute pleasure to do business with Fred's. Great dealing with a company that actually wants to do business.Called to rent a dumpster & got a prompt response from Jen after leaving message . Needed another empty dumpster few days later .The pick up and drop off was again prompt . I must also give a shout out to their driver Rudy for his great customer service as well .

I recently hired Fred's septic to empty the tank and inspect the septic system as part of a real estate purchase. There was an error in communication from our real estate agent about what need to be done in advance of the inspection. Although the mistake was clearly not the fault of Fred's Septic. The reaction that I was subject to as a result was one of the worst interactions I have ever had with a service provider. He walked away from me swearing derogatory expletives under his breath and drove off to turn around without telling me where he was going. This man was intimidating and condescending. Only after another contractor unrelated to Fred's at the site pointed out how rude he was did he tell me that we "got off on the wrong foot". If this inspection wasn't holding up the closin

The home I grew up in is local to Freds, and I currently live in California. I've had to come back to the area multiple times to work on the property and remove junk and I've rented the Roll Away dumpsters multiple times. Freds is professional, quick to respond and easy to work with, they return your calls and basically do business like adults which seems hard to find these days. Kudos to the owners, drivers, and ever else there. As a business owner and retired military I give this company my highest recommendation.

I’ve been with Fred’s sanitation for 2 years now for our RV that’s on our property. They are a fantastic company to work with. They are very professional and understanding of certain situations and very willing to adapt to our needs. Fred is a wonderful guy that I’ve known for the couple of years and it’s always a pleasure to have them come out to our homestead and pump our septic for a very reasonable price. They always show up on time and with positive attitudes. I’ll be continuing to using this company only to pump my septic out of our rv and when we build our house, this is the company I’m going to stay with. Definitely worth every dollar!

I have used these guys many times over the years they have great customer service fair pricing and easy to work with. They Do a fantastic job. I have gotten Porta johns which are very nice. And they are clean. Also have had my septic pumped always been a good experience no complaints.. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
