I made an appointment with Freedom Air to come to my home and give me a quote for heat pump installation. I took a day off work and they no call, no showed to the appointment. I left phone messages and text messages and have received no response. Very unprofessional and do not recommend.

TJ and team replaced and installed a new Bosch furnace and heat pump for my house after they were recommended to me by a neighbor. They were knowledgeable, polite, and highly efficient. They took care of various issues that came up during the installation, e.g. putting in a new electric panel to replace an old one that didn’t have enough breakers for the heat pump. The system now works great. Highly recommend!

TJ and Freedom Air Mechanical did an amazing job installing a central air system on our 2nd floor, as well as installing two mini-ducted splits on our first floor. His team was extremely polite, clean, and worked really hard to ensure that the install went as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacing their HVAC or getting a new system install as their pricing is more than fair and their work is awesome.
