Freedom carpet cleaning has cleaned my carpet three times. I have white carpet and three daughters three and under. We had milk, pink lipgloss, juice, and marker stains. Freedom Carpet cleaning got the stains all out and made my carpet look like new. Would definitely recommend them and will be using their services in the future.

Great company! Very clean cut and professional! The best part is they are upfront with their cost. In the past we have had issues with companies advertising a very low price, only to come in to our home and upswell like crazy, not with Freedom! I will continue to call them for all of my duct cleaning and carpet cleaning needs!

After Freedom Cleaning Service, Inc cleaned brand new carpet for me on Monday in Ontario, Or, the carpet was left stretched and warped. Several messages were left. I spoke with Jill the receptionist the next day and she said that it was "normal" and that it would "dry up and go back to its original shape". After continuing to leave messages because the carpet was still warped, Justin called me on Wednesday. He claimed his partner told him that the carpet was already damaged, and I should have to pay for half of the stretching cost. He said that he had already spoken with Rodney at Ontario Floor Covering, who would be doing the carpet stretching. I am not happy with the service and will not be using them again.
