He also was very helpful in giving us various fencing options for different parts of our yard. Joe is extremely educated in his field and extremely honest. There were no surprises from his estimate to the completion of my installation. His employees were some the hardest workers. They were professional, respectful of my property and our belongings. They worked hard and the entire time they were here. We are thrilled with Freedom Fence and would highly recommend. Their pricing was competitive and their work was high quality. I wanted a vertical slat privacy fence and they took the time to review the layout and details with me. They custom built the fence and were very particular about the installation. I had an aluminum fence ordered for my yard. The company was responsive I had to wait for to the weather which is fine. I also had issues with the instal but even that got worked out promptly. From the start the back double gate had issues with the latches. Initially even that was dealt with in a timely manner. Little by little the other gates settled, and even the back gate is difficult and hard to secure. The post is also coming away from the gate. I have made numerous attempts to contact through email phone calls, and texts. In April I finally received a response and was told that they only have 1 crew dealing with repairs. I have not heard from this company since. I don't understand what has happened. I feel like the Better Business bureau should be notified at this point. I see from o
