Company can and install central unit said it was broken after one week stop cooling. Came back and cooling coil had broken and they replaced that. Less than a year later call them several times and they had not returned my call. So, the technician finally called me back and said they guarantee their work for 30 days and I would be charged if they come back out. More heating and cooling company have a one year warranty for service. Do not use this company for any reason. Buyer Beware!!!!

I was forced to contract with Freedom Heating and Cooling through my home warranty insurance to fix my AC unit. This company is TERRIBLE! They were completely unresponsive and only reached back out to me when AHS contract relations called them telling them they would lose the contract if they did not respond. Then 2 months after the initial request they finally installed a new AC unit. Within a week of their installation of the AC unit it began to leak and again they have been unresponsive to my calls and AHS. I WOULD NEVER recommend this company!!! If you have AHS and you get assigned them IMMEDIATELY ask for a reassignment!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I repeat do not use this company. My home warranty American Home Shield assigned freedom heating and cooling to come out to service my home. They came out on 2/9/21 to service my furnace. Chad the owner notified me that they didn’t have all the supplies required to complete the job and advised me to call Crystal in order to set up a time for them to come back out to complete the job. He said a recall would be placed allowing them to come back out while not charging me another service fee of $75.00 through my home warranty. On 3/3/21 I received a text through my home warranty that the job was complete. Freedom heating and cooling closed out my ticket stating the work had been done and never actually came back out to my house to finish the work. I called and spoke to

PLEASE READ!!!! AHS home warranty sent Freedom Heating and Cooling to fix my air conditioning on 5/27/21. They replaced the compressor and put in a new refrigerant. I paid them a 500.00 fee. My air conditioning went out again on 8/24/21 and AHS sent Budget Heating and Cooling on 8/27/21. Budget diagnosed my issue within minutes, there was a leak in the liquid line to compressor and service line caps missing, refrigerant leaked out. I called Freedom about this and they want me to pay half to fix the problem, I spoke to Crystal. Freedom did faulty work and now they want me to pay to fix it. You have been warned do not use this company.

Freedom was sent to our house twice by our home warranty company. The second time the owner yelled and cursed at my wife in front of our children. He said there was nothing wrong with our air conditioner without even walking in the house the second time. The air coming out of the vent was 75 degrees. He told the warranty company the work was completed. We are now in the spring of the next year trying to get our air conditioner repaired.
