Just Awesome! Signed up for the annual plan and needed their help the very 1st day. Bella in the office did a wonderful job getting me signed up and explaining all the details. Our service tech Kenny Powell had a crazy busy day and was still willing to come late on a Friday night because he did want us to go without heat. Even though he had a long rough day he was super kind and friendly along with being totally professional. He did a wonderful job getting us up and running in a very short time. Great job and thank YOU! And a special shout out to Ryan Mosteller…a great neighbor the past 5 years who stated working for y’all recently. He is who led us to Freedom and we are blessed that he did. I would like to extend my sincerest appreciation to FREEDOM HOME SERVICES for their exceptional service during our last snow and ice storm. Our antiquated gas furnace ceased to function and FREEDOM responded promptly, providing us with a new reliable and efficient heating and cooling system in a timely manner. The company responded quickly to the message I left about getting an estimate. David came out and listened to my concerns and items I wanted to get done. He asked questions to Mae sure we were both on the same page and to make sure he had a clear picture of what I wanted. I scheduled them to come out to do the work. He and Adrian were prompt. I even had a text to let me know they were on the way. They quickly went to work. Both were very polite and respectful. As the finish each piece of work, they had me look everything over to make sure it met my needs. I would definitely call them again. This time was for some electrical work but they also do over home repairs.

This was the first winter since purchasing the property. We turned on the heater and the it stopped working. I became aware of Freedom Home Services from their sponsorship of Liberty University Athletics and called to schedule an appointment. After making the diagnosis, they were able to get system to work but couldn't turn it off or it would not start again. The tecnitian provided two repair options. 1. Replace the blower motor ($900) as a patch but know based on the age of unit no long term guarantees could be made it would continue to work or Option 2 replace the heat pump unit. The repair quote include 4 different options ($8K - $13K) that would fit the property. Once the quotes were received, knowing the unit was at end of life, I elected to have it replaced. Luke did a beautiful job fixing my shower leak. He is kind, professional, very knowledgeable, respectful, and prompt. He kept his word to return the same day to complete the job. He shared other helpful tips for my plumbing which made me trust him to possibly come back for other jobs. Not sure about plumbers charges, so I would have liked a better lower price. Thank you.
