I’m very happy with my service from Freedom Pest. Today, technician Shane came to my house to help refill bait stations. Upon inspection he was able to identify an obvious hole where mice were likely gaining access and he filled it in for me. I have a follow up in 2 weeks! 1 Star – Unreliable Service When It Matters Most I had a very disappointing experience with Freedom Pest Control. At the beginning, everything seemed fine. They treated my property and, while there were no issues, they had no problem charging me every month. Unfortunately, when I actually needed their help again, the service completely fell apart. We started having mice again in a home with a six-month-old baby, so this was not something we could ignore or delay. I scheduled an appointment and waited a full week. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up and no one called. I only received a call an hour and a half after the appointment window, explaining that the technician had an emergency.
