I called twice and the woman who picks up the phone answered with an attitude and hung up on me. I called 10mins before they close on a Friday, so I get how that can be frustrating. However, my question would have taken 30seconds. I run a business as well and I would never treat a customer that way. Your business hours are phone hours until you're closed.

Was looking for a place to offload my old precast concrete porch steps. The representative on the phone was helpful and courteous. Once I got to the yard I was greeted by one the employees who showed me where to unload. Very quick and easy way to dispose of my old concrete!

I now have two chips in my windshield. If the side effect of your buisiness is the damage to other peoples personal property, you might want to rethink your buisiness model. At some point you will impact someone with more resources then I have and take stronger action against you then an angry social media post.
