I shopped around and had many choices. I went with Freestyle for a number of reasons. First and foremost, they were clearly a professional company. My business dealings with the company were first rate. Second, they were family owned and operated since the 80s. Long time. Third, they got right back to me immediately. Fourth, they were patient. I probably had their designer draw 12 drawingings before my design was perfect! I wanted a negative edge pool so I was very fussy and they put up with me very professionally. They started and completed the job on time and did an amazing job. We love our pool area and we thank them for their professional workers and a job well done! I have recommended them to everyone who asks and will continue to do so. Love you guys!❤️

The low ratings given by some are totally laughable. Freestyle is as professional as one can hope for in an industry full of questionable companies with sketchy track records. Freestyle provided us with a detailed design, which we modified a number of times, with timely communication for all our questions regarding the construction process, materials, and contract terms. Their final contract price was very competitive. The timeline quoted was 12 weeks from contract signing and we had our pool completed before that timeline. The construction teams that worked on our job site where efficient, skilled workers who also kept the site clean and respected our property to minimize damage. All in all, I would recommend Freestyle to anyone considering a new pool build. Good job!

Freestyle was recommended to me by someone in the industry with whom I place a great deal of trust. This is important because the sales process was lengthy and I was definitely tempted to bail a couple of times. However, due to the counsel of my industry expert, I hung in there. The pool construction started about a year after our first discussion with the sales representative (Virgil … who I highly recommend you work with because he is so patient and so helpful in the decision-making process). Anyway, due to previous experiences, I am a true cynic about the quality of the construction companies in Florida, so I was highly predisposed to be critical, and I certainly watched everything with an eagle eye. Freestyle Pools did a wonderful job remodeling our old pool and adding a fire feature and scuppers. We downsized the pool, and went with a more contemporary design to match the style of our home. They designed and built a new pool inside the old one. We finished the project with a new travertine pool deck and pool screen. They kept us informed throughout the project, stuck to budget and were on time. We love the finished result! Highly recommended!
