I’m impressed with the excellent customer service as soon as I walked in, I was offered something to drink. I can buy floors anywhere but when I’m treated special, I know that this is the only place that I will keep comming back to do business with. They offer the largest selection of LVT and they also have Hardwood Floors, Porcelain Tile and Carpet.

0 stars if possible. These people are a bunch of crooks. They tried to inflate my cost from my estimate by almost double and refused to explain why. They refused to give me anything in writing because they knew I had figured out that the math just didn’t add up. This was after trying to reach them multiple times with no response. Do not shop here unless you like throwing money away or getting cheated. I took my business elsewhere and did not regret it at all. But hey, they will serve you alcohol in the showroom if you like, if that is your thing.

Tom and his crew at Freeway Carpets were the very first company I hired when I first moved to El Paso 18 years ago. They did such a good job that I have always returned to them for all my interior flooring needs. This is the third home they have worked on for me and they never disappoint. They are trustworthy, clean, and very professional. Great job!
