Had issue with my newer system on the first day of warmth this 2026 season. Within one hour of me calling Fresh AC Tech, they had an awesome tech named Alex arrive. Alex was caring, knowledgeable, VERY respectful, and quick! I will be using Fresh AC Tech for all of my HVAC needs from this day forward. I highly recommend.

Fresh AC Tech was able to come to my rescue when One Hour took it upon themselves to cancel my much needed appointment. Very thankful Fresh could fit me in because my furnace died. It needed to be replaced it was beyond use of bubblegum, shoestrings or duct tape for repair. I was not anticipating having to spend money for a new furnance which I thought was high, but they did offer financing. The replacement is not the top of the line, more of in the middle. It is efficient and working well. The crew was friendly from the dispatcher to the workmen. Language barriers were overcome with technology. AI is amazing! I would use them again for future projects.

Alex came out for an issue I was having with the fan in the attic not coming on which led to him finding that the vent pipe had become disconnected from the furnace and was leaking some gas into my attic. Thank goodness for his thoroughness on any issue I could be having. Christian came out the next day and replaced the vent pipe in about 20-30 mins. This company is a blatant scam. They advertise a "$99 whole-house" special, but it's a dishonest bait-and-switch. I explicitly confirmed in writing that air vents were included, and they verified this. They then wasted my entire afternoon with a 12-3pm window, only to have their technician show up 45 minutes late. When he arrived, he immediately tried to lie and claim the vents weren't part of the service. I had to present my own text proof of their confirmation to his face. Cornered in his own deception, he simply refused to do the job and left—after I’d waited over four hours. This is among the most unprofessional, fraudulent operations I’ve ever encountered.
