Fresh-Air Cooling & Heating

I had a very bad experience with this company. My air conditioning system had an air and humidity leak. The technician told me he would check the problem first and then let me know the cost. He went to my house while I wasn’t there, inspected the system, and claimed to have repaired it without ever telling me the price beforehand. When I got home, I found that the problem was exactly the same, and the work looked poorly done. At first, he tried to charge me $275, then said to just pay $150 for the “maintenance” he supposedly did. What’s most concerning is that he didn’t even know where the air filter was, something basic for any technician. So I really don’t understand what kind of maintenance he performed. Felix did great work on my heating and air system. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise regarding the filter and grille that he replaced. I was glad he could come out on a Sunday when my heat wasn’t working during the cold spell.

They provided quick service, left every working properly and left everything clean when they left. Highly recommended. Will use again.
