Fresh Air Duct Cleaning

Bought a furnace from them and had it installed by our contractor. It didn't work so we got another in exchange. It doesn't work. Called to try and talk to the owner, Rick, and cannot seem to get ahold of him after leaving several cellphone messages and leaving messages at the store. Now I am told because it was working when they got it that it must be our contractor and they refuse a refund. However, I know they have a refund policy but I can't seem to get ahold of the owner to have this dealt with properly. I would most definitely not recommend them. You are better off going to Chillicothe Discounters or paying the extra to Lowes or Menards or Big Sandy and getting to deal with an actual business with real policies. We bought a washer and dryer from here (used), that came with a 60-day warranty. Well, we didn't have them quite a month, and I noticed that on the one cycle that the washer barely fills up with rinse water, and then it goes right into the spin cycle. In other words, it is not rinsing at all. So, we began calling them for over 2 weeks, and we were told twice that someone would be out to look at it. Well twice, we gave up plans to go anywhere to wait on them to come and look at the washer, and no one showed up, nor did they even have the common courtesy to call. We called several other times, and either we didn't get an answer or were told that someone would return our call. You guessed it, no one ever did.
