3-28-24. It was finally time to replace the 30+ year old AC in our house. Vadim at Fresh Air came recommended to me from a homebuilder friend of mine. From the initial consultation to following up on his quote, to the complete install, Vadim and his crew were on top of their game. We bought a new 3-Ton condenser and 2-stage 70K BTU furnace, along with all new plenum and redesigned ductwork in the attic for better air distribution. His price was extremely fair, and from demoing the old system, to the crane set of the RTU, to the new ducting, to the sweep-up: they complete the job in a single 9 hour day.
