From scheduling to actually having a finished tub, the entire process was simple. Martha gave me multiple options for scheduling, including next day availability. The first tech, Eric, was prompt and completed all the prep work in addition to telling me approximately when the sprayer or second tech would arrive. The sprayer was also on time and made the 1957 pink bathtub look incredible. Highly recommend.

Just an absolutely fantastic experience and results! We reached out to Fresh Look based on an internet search for options for our shower and countertops. We had originally refinished with some diy solutions that didn’t work well and we were starting to get poor reviews from guests. Martha contacted us almost immediately and got to work on building solutions. We were able to get both the counters and shower renewed for far less than expected and the results exceeded our expectations. Fresh Look did my sink, clawfoot tub and floor last spring. It looked great! In about 10 months I noticed a crack in the tub and some spots in the floor and sink. They came to repair the issues promptly at no charge!! It looks great again! Thank you!!

We had them refinish our bathroom. They spilled chemicals on our hardwood floor and ruined part of our floor. Martha sent out a floor refinisher to see what could be done. He stated that the entire floor had to be refinished because you could never match the existing floor. We called another floor company and they told us the same thing. We finally filed a claim with our home owners insurance and they said the same thing. We asked for her insurance information but she would not give it to us. She will now have to deal with our insurance company. If you hire them MAKE SURE YOU GET THEIR INSURANCE INFORMATION. I don't know if they have insurance or not!
