after multiple estimates and offers, Fresh Outlook came with samples, submitted a design for permits, and completed my balcony in 4 days & gave me a beautiful balcony. The materials are maintenance free, built to last & its wonderful. We were considering replacing our two-tiered Cedar front porch, as it was 25+ years old, needed some serious rehab, and decided to go with a new composite porch instead. We were at a traffic light one day behind one of their pickup trucks, saw their name and number on the tailgate so took a picture of it and gave them a call. We also searched their Google reviews and saw that they were a solid 5-Star across the board. We gave them a call and the rest is history. They did an awesome job, to include a complete demo of the old and construction of the new. Many compliments from family and neighbors.

Professional hardworking team showed up every day until project was complete. From start to finish, all questions were answered, process and timeline explained. I asked for an access door for under the deck and they built one that closes everything off but allows me to access if needed. The finish is everything I expected.
