They were able to come put and steam clean some worn sofas in my furnished rental. They pulled a lot of dust and grime out of them... the water reservoir was DARK when they were done. They all look and smell like new.

Fresh Steam Corp. is officially my go-to company for carpet and blind cleaning. Nelson was an absolute gem from the very beginning. He was professional, punctual, (a rare find in Miami), and incredibly diligent. He went above and beyond what was expected in every way. My zebra blinds, which no one else wanted to clean and instead insisted needed replacing, are now spotless and look brand new. Apparently, no one cleans blinds in Miami except Fresh Steam Corp.. My two chenille chairs have been refreshed beautifully, with all the pet dander completely gone and the same goes for my small sofa bed, and pet cushions. I wholeheartedly give Fresh Clean Corp. five stars and highly recommend them.

I recently used Fresh Steam Corp for carpet and upholstery cleaning and was mostly pleased with their service. Their team was professional, arrived on time, and treated my home respectfully. The results were strong — my carpets and furniture look refreshed and much cleaner than before. There were a few minor drawbacks: some areas weren’t as dry as I’d hoped, and a stubborn stain didn’t completely come out. If you hire them, just be sure to ask up front about drying, guarantees, and what to do if you’re not fully satisfied. Overall, I’d recommend Fresh Steam Corp: good value, solid workmanship, and professionalism with room for improvement in consistency.

My dog urinated on my jute rug in multiple spots and I attempted to clean the rug with white vinegar and baking soda. While the urine was removed I ended up with dark spots (the dark spot on the bottom left of the first pic was because it was still wet, but the other dark spots weren't as dark). I called and spoke with the owner of Fresh Steam who then transferred me to someone else who spoke English. After I explained to them what I had used on the rug, she said they could get out the stains. I told them I didn't want to pay for the service unless they would guarantee they could get the stains out and she spoke to the owner in spanish and confirmed that they'd refund me if the stains weren't removed. Not only did the stains not come out, but the chemicals they used made my rug look w
