Freshcoat Painting & Contracting

I hired this company for an exterior paint job to my house. They were also supposed to replace all the rotten wood on my chimney. Fast forward 1 year and 4 months later, I notice a spot on my ceiling in the laundry room. I called 3 different roofing companies and was told that there were 3 rotten boards that were not replaced on my chimney as well as it had not been sealed properly causing the water to come in. I contacted the owner of the company and he never even apologized, offered to look at the situation, or offered to replace the wood he was paid to replace in the first place. The whole experience was a nightmare. I would definitely look elsewhere. I guess their work is not really guaranteed as they claim on their ad.

Astonishing local painting company! Looking for that kind of painting company so many years. Can say finally found it in the eyes of Freshcoat Painting & Contracting. I needed a reliable painting last year and the year before that, but those various contractors I used didn't actually do the job right. So this year I decided to search more and hope to have a better luck. After several hours spent in comparing different painters I decided to trust this one. Well, it was time to things to turn over and I'm so happy these guys did the job by the way I wanted. Like that new colors. Excellent service and I paid less than tough for it. Next time will call again, that's for sure. Thank you for your service!

We hired this company to repaint our entire house before we moved in. We were not impressed at all. First they didn't put drop cloths down so there was paint on our hardwood floors. There were also several places that they either didn't paint or did a crappy job. I had a notebook page full of corrections that were needed. They had to come out two more times to fix things. I have also had to do some touchups on problems I have found afterwards. Now we have been in the house for a few months and are still finding problems. They didn't paint around the light fixtures in one bathroom, the paint is peeling on the walls in the Master bathroom, You can see the old paint colors around some of the kithen switches and the paint in chipping off one of the doors and the cabinets upstairs. I called for an estimate. No one came buy or called back. I even called him the day he was supposed to look at the job no answer. Very poor for a business to not even respond back to a potential customer. Do not use this company.

Compare the companies the 5 star review users have reviewed in the past. The users have reviewed all the same comapnies. This five star rating was obviously purchased.
