ED was very nice and professional and came out twice to address the issue. However, the quality of the materials used is very poor. We moved in at the end of 2024, and the work is already peeling and deteriorating. It feels like the materials were chosen just to last through the 1-year warranty period rather than provide a long-term solution. Some areas also appear rushed and poorly finished. Overall, the quality of the work is disappointing.

I regret writing a review so late however we had this company install a shower door for us when we bought our house in 2023. The door was installed already having watermarks and streaks on it. We have made every effort to clean it. This shower has only been showered in a small handful of times and has never gone without being squeegeed. We rain-x the door frequently and unfortunately the stains are permanent. I remember communicating about the installation of the door and the owner not being able to give me a set time that he would be at our house, so we had to reschedule several times for when my husband could be home on a weekday for a four hour time frame. Been working with them for years.They've always had great response time and fare pricing. From the helpful guys in the shop to the foreman's out in the field it's been a great experience! The office staff is very responsive on all our orders, and their communication has always been very efficient. Great job team fresno!
