Frey did fantastic work for us. We had a major power loss in an underground cable that shut down our house. It was Duke responsibility to fix it. After two weeks of haggling with Duke, Frey came in to fix everything from the meter inwards and got Duke to agree to replace the underground cable. Frey ended up fixing lots of errors left by our renovation electricians. Duke badly installed a conduit from the ground to the meter, and Frey fixed it. They didn’t like how chaotic the previous circuit breaker box was connected and fixed it. Real perfectionists. Frey is our electrician from now on. Highly recommend them.

Frey Electric did very nice work on my ceiling fan. In only 45 minutes, they took the old fan down and put the new one up.

Outdoor light fixture installed, fan pull switch replaced, baseboard heater replaced. Technician Tom came out on time, was polite & knowledgeable. He worked diligently and cleaned up everything. He explained everything he was doing & even asked if we needed help with anything else. We received a bill within a week that was very reasonable & when I called to pay by phone the office assistant was also very friendly & polite. We will definitely use Frey again. Great customer service doesn’t go unnoticed.

Frey Electric has provided a number of services to my wife and I since we bought our home in Bridgetown a year ago. Excellent service and they’ve done a great job each time. They have fixed our doorbell, replaced our electrical panel, updated lighting, installed an exhaust fan, and more. Each service was done excellently and the professionalism showed. It’s nice to have a ‘go to’ electrical company to be able to rely on and Frey Electric is certainly that for us.
