Thank you so much for everything! We called for an emergency visit because our furnace stopped work in the middle of the night. They came within 2 hours of calling, showing up before the estimated window. The tech was very nice, professional, and explained everything very clearly. Was told that our furnace ultimately needed to be replaced and it would take approximately 3 weeks (needed to switch from oil furnace to natural gas and have plumbing installed). Entire job was completed in a week and the owner, Alex, even came after hours to assist and ensure everything was complete. Thank you guys again!! Highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

Alex and staff were professional and responsive throughout the entire process, knocked it out Christmas week. Highly recommend.

Calling the office was a pleasant experience. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. We were promised a 2-hour arrival window. Tech arrived exactly within the window. We had our issue evaluated - which after all wasn't plumbing-related - but he helped is bleed the water heater and even filled the water softener bin with salt. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Frey for any plumbing job.

Oil to gas conversion was completed in very short time thanks to Alex & team, communication was stellar, they made the entire process very easy. They were extremely efficient and did a great job on the new install. I look forward to the next project with them, and recommend them without hesitation.

What a great experience with Frey. Our office experienced a thermostat failure, and we were left with intermittent heat. I reached out to Frey, they quickly got us on the schedule and today they came, diagnosed the problem and now our office is heated the way it's supposed to be. Our technician Smitty was super professional, punctual and knowledgeable - not to mention super patient as my landlord and I learned the features of our thermostat. I am so impressed with Frey I will be using them for my HVAC needs in my home. I highly recommend them.
