Great service. The guy who comes out to do my deliveries is cool. We usually chat while he fills the tank. I've had many deliveries, and they all are smooth. I'm not sure if the emergency line works anymore, but you used to be able to call after hours and schedule an emergency appointment or delivery. They'd come the next day or within 48 hours. If I ran out of oil, this was the place to call. Again, I'm not sure if the after hours number works anymore or if they're just busy. They are almost always very busy, but they will go out of their way to schedule you in. It's always smooth, and a few times, the guy didn't charge me to reset the furnace. One complaint is if you're paying cash, you have to wait all day at your house. You can call and get a time frame, but not at an exact time. They

I have been using Friendly Fuel for 2 years and have never had an issue. They have always delivered the day they scheduled. So convenient, you can provide your card info right over the phone for payment and they will leave the receipt at your door after delivery. Plus, they will price match anyone, just tell them on the phone what company you found with the lower price and what that price is and they'll match it. Very quick, easy and convenient!

Never showed when they were scheduled too. Only show when they felt like it. Rude costumer service when I called to complain they just put you on hold or hang up on your face. Lied and said they showed up when I was home all day waiting NOONE showed!! They showed the NEXT Day . Delivery driver and the receptionist Times did NOT match for the time they said they showed . Never going through Friendly Fuel again!!!
