So, VERY long story short. My new Samsung TVs remote quits working on January 9th and I have been going round and round with this ever since. This "so-called" repair company was who was scheduled to come out. They told me the earliest service was today from 3pm to 7pm, so I had to take off work. I was told by this "Friendstek" that I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival and as of this moment, I haven't heard anything, no word, no one has showed up, and I tried to call but they are closed for the day. Friendstek has not been easy to communicate with / work with and if we all operated like this, we would be out of a job. Crappy service doesn't describe it.... as there has to be a service provided to "rate it". Definitely wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. I was instructed to ensure

I’m disappointed to say that my experience with this technician, Amir, was very poor. He demonstrated little ability or interest in true troubleshooting. Rather than diagnosing the issue himself, he simply called tech support — something I could easily do on my own. Even my wife, who is not mechanically inclined, showed more logical troubleshooting instincts during the visit. Despite clear historical data available from the smart Samsung fridge, he wasn’t able to identify that the door was already flush and sealing properly. If I hadn’t insisted on a deeper look, he would have returned a third time to replace the door — the wrong component — and then claimed the problem was fixed, only for me to have to call again. There Technician (Steven Peres) came out to repair my dryer and damaged the top of the dryer ( then tried to fix it with a hammer) and broke the comm port.He also failed to install the motherboard properly so another Technician had to come back. They will not stand behind any damages so I am screwed. I would not recommend that anyone use this company.

David Kim was our awesome tech that came out and troubleshoot the problematic Samsung Bespoke fridge of ours! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly for his work! Samsung assigned my refrigerator repair to this company over a month ago, and the refrigerator is only about a year old. They came four times. They already replaced the compressor and main board, and now they say the evaporator coil also needs to be replaced — yet the fridge still doesn’t cool properly. They refuse to report the unit as not repairable, and Samsung won’t replace the unit without the technician’s report. Meanwhile I’ve lost food and wasted a lot of time. I seriously wonder what part they’ll replace next?!
