We would give this company a 0 stars if we could. They definitely gave us the most competitive quote to add a small section of fence to our home with one walk in gate, repair the automatic gate put up a few post, replace motor, remotes and lights not a large project at all. should only have taken a day if that to complete. they were hired back in Dec 2015 gave them 50% deposit they promised to have project done by no later than the end of Jan 2016. Jan came and went and no fence. when my father started calling and leaving messages to check status of fence and what was going on since we hadn't heard from anyone at this company about delays or anything we were thinking they took off with our deposit money $2k. About four months ago, one of my two gates was sagging and inoperable. They asked for a relatively large amount of money. I explained that I was furloughed from work and even though "gig workers" were supposed to be able to collect unemployment, I was rejected twice. Apparently, they took pity on me and showed up and repaired it at no charge. Kudos to them for that kindness.Two days ago I noticed a popped board. Upon further inspection, the entire side of the fence had popped of of the vertical and horizontal support boards. I called and spoke with a lady who gave me an email address to send photos of the warped and popped boards. I did not get a reply after two days so I resent the documentation. Still no reply and no phone call. I fixed it myself and discovered just how CHEAPLY the job h

We had Fritz Massie Fence put in a black chain link fence in our half acre backyard. The fence looks great and all 3 gates swing perfectly. Their salespeople are professional and helpful, the installation was flawless, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would absolutely go back to this company if I ever needed another fence.

I just found out what company destroyed all my plants after asking them to please be careful. I live in Wellington and the crew from this company came and put a new fence up for my neighbour. Worst job I have ever seen. It is wood and had gaps up to 4 " long. The wood was crooked and the side that faced me was really wrong. I asked the crew who said they spoke no english. Please don't destroy my one plant 2' from the fence, in my yard. They trampled everything and they could have cared less. And I'm the neighbor. Never seen such disrespect.

You pay 50% up front, and they do not give you a set scheduled time to show up, had to call several times, never gave a definite day or time.I needed this done by a set date due to a HOA deadline, FINALLY, they said they would be out today (my last day of the HOA deadline) I called several times, no answer, finally talked to someone and as with all the other phone calls they didn't know who I was our what work was to be done, finally said they would be out today, the second time I heard this . I Paid my 50% down promptly after I was given an estimate. I Took the day off of work, because I was told they were coming today, well here it is 3:00 pm, not a word from them, nobody showed, and I doubt they will. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. Don't make the mistake I did, Do Not Pay Them
