From the Ground Up

This is how our project was left. Who could walk away with it looking like this and think it was a job well done. Why do 90% of the work and leave the last 10%? When asked why From the Ground Up offered an odd excuse (screenshot attached). No other houses around us, including other From the Ground Up customers ended up looking like this. Would they be happy if their own project ended up like this at their own house?

I wanted one stop shopping to install irrigation and do the landscaping. I took estimates from 5 different companies. Eric and Nick left me with the most favorable impression and I selected them even though their bid was not the lowest. They installed underground drainage for sump and gutters, corrected grade issues, installed 12 head irrigation system, put down block border and rock garden and finished it all off with over 500 rolls of sod. I was impressed with the quality of work that was done and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I highly recommend this company. I initially contacted them months ago regarding landscaping and installing a lawn for a new build. Despite meeting during the winter, they kept me updated on the project timeline. Once they began the work, they completed a large job in just two days. The team was professional, efficient, and worked incredibly well together. I will continue to work with them for every project in the future.

They demonstrated extensive knowledge, hard work, responsive to our inquiries and expertise that resulted in an amazing transformation of our yard! A total nightmare! Poor quality work... had to have 95% of landscaping redone! Costly mistake hiring them. Also, they even had the wrong lot lines which means now I have to have my invisible fence and irrigation moved along with additional landscaping! I had left them 6 messages, and they never returned the calls until they were informed that legal action may be taken! I never had such poor workmanship and communication with a company before this one. If I could give zero stars..... I would!!
