Front Range Stone was the contractor that oversaw and completed the entire installation process removing old countertops in Bathroom & Large Laundry Room and replacing with new Granite countertops. Tris the project coordinator was exceptional. Her communication was very transparent and specific, she provided great insight, communicating time lines, appointments, thorough out the entire process. Front Range Stone employees were prompt, professional, courteous and highly proficient. Shawn & Jeff were very proficient in removal of old countertops, left the home clean of debris and provided insight in preparation of the installation. Juan & Juan the granite installers were exceptional as well. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The finished product looks amazing. I would stron

The results are the most important. My kitchen countertops and full-height backsplashes look absolutely amazing. Both installation crews were top notch and so competent and professional. They had some on-the-spot troubleshooting to do and they engaged me as needed and solved a few hairy issues (not of their making) on the spot. The team that came out to measure obviously did an amazing job. The design/project team obviously did an amazing job. The theme here is the integration and integrity of this company and of the people who work for this company. Great experience beginning to end, with clear communication throughout. Pics are before final electrical - apologies.

Incompetent and disorganized from start to finish Home Depot subcontracted my countertop installation to Front Range Stone in Englewood, CO, and I’ve never encountered a company so careless and uncommunicative. From the beginning, there was zero communication—not between Front Range and me, not between their office and the fabricators, and not even between the installers and the company itself. People arrived at my house multiple times with no idea why they were there or what needed to be done. When the quartzite countertops were delivered, one massive slab was cracked, and the fabricators had tried to patch it and send it anyway, apparently hoping I wouldn’t notice. Thankfully, the installers were honest enough to show me the damage instead of installing it. The backsplash installation

At first, Front Range Stone was great to deal with and the project had gone very smooth... up until they finished the installation. During during the job they broke (or intentionally cut - hard to tell) the support brackets on my dishwasher when moving it back into its cabinet and didn't tell me. Now my dishwasher tips over whenever I open it. My plumber, who was on site that day waiting to reinstall my sink, saw this happen. I brought it up to Front Range Stone with photo evidence and my plumber's testimony, and they claimed their installers "didn't touch anything." Their solution was to tell me to contact Home Depot to purchase new brackets. I get that their default position is to defend their installers, but a reputable company would have trusted their customer and took care of this si

My counter was replaced on time, and look beautiful. There were a few issues however to get to that point. They had 30 days ahead of schedule to cut my granite slab but did not cut it until the day before my scheduled date for installation and brock the slab I picked out. Luckily they had another slab in stock that I hadn't seen so, it was kind of scary. Also I was not notified that the tear out team couldn't make that appt. It was a no show🥴 I had taken that day off work.. There was no communications. In the end my counters turned out beautiful and probably what I would have chosen if I had the choice.the granite I ended up with.
