Front Street North Garage (Propark)

This parking garage abuses handicap parking spots and the disabled community. Between the 3rd and 4th level you’ll find the majority of the handicap spots placed completely inaccessible to the elevators. It’s not uncommon for the rooftop elevator access to be completely locked. Lastly Capital Grille utilizes their valet services and they routinely occupy parking spots with complete disregard.

5 stars for its location-- perfect for UConn, Science Center, and the Riverside Walkway. 2 stars for the cramped parking spaces and limited hours of attendants ( I park in the late afternoon and have yet to see one). 2 stars for the exorbitant price.

I take my family to see the St .Patricks Day Parade and it cost me 8.00 to park. It should of been a set fee for 5.00 would of been fair and to be able to pay cash not credit card only. If I could give you zero stars I would.

Worst customer service for disabled people, We were car pooling in my sisters car, and lexio (called in from the Convention Center) gave us a real ruff time getting through, Extremely rude behavior towards all of us, cutting us off while trynna explain our situation, he told me that he was doing his job, while being completely disrespectful, would never hire someone like that at a facility that deals with people interactions. that being said, we appreciate pro Parking services (especially Betsy from North Garage who made this arrangement very easy for my siste), but this is completely uncalled for. Not just to us, but for ALL disabled people that attend the UConn campus. Note: This has occurred before with convention center staff.

One of the guys that works here was looking though my car windows scoping it out. He’s young and has facial piercings. Don’t recommend at all.
