Called to cancel my monthly parking on 12/23 and the man on the phone said that I need to call between 6:30 am and 3pm because “the girl that cancels parking subscriptions leaves at 3”. I them call at 2:30 pm on 12/24 and the same person picked up stating that “the girl left for the day” and that “I had all day to call”. Really unhelpful. Did not even offer to take a message.
Waited 45 minutes after a concert because staff couldn’t be bothered to open two gates. 🚮
On multiple occasions the payment stations wouldn't read my credit card despite using the same card at other parking garages.
Great views of Downtown Hartford.
Propark is the worst company around. Oversells event parking and doesn't provide refunds
