Frontier is outright committing fraud! I reported no internet days ago and a trouble ticket was created. A technician has been "on his way" for 4 days now amd has yet to show up. Customer Service hangs up on you if you repeatedly ask for a solution, they refuse to cancel your service but they also won't repair your internet. Customer support will dead air you if you try to find resolution of any kind. They abandon you with zero options. The app states your appointment for a tech is 3 days prior and there is zero update status. Their advertising practices are fraudulent and misleading. Their internet speeds NEVER reach what they claim, if it ever works at all. BBB complaint has been filed and FCC complaint is next. The FCC will require them to provide a solution but to force paying customer

This provider constantly tries to upsell you on faster internet. I have made the mistake twice of agreeing to upgrade. Both times, the internet speed slowed down and I paid more. Don't try to get help either, their customer service is outsourced, and as you would expect is less than helpful.

Worst internet provider I ever had. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEM ESPECIALLY IN BROWNWOOD!! They first lied about the speeds I was getting when I first signed up for FIBER and the technician laughed when I asked it if it was fiber being installed and said no it’s copper. Then they raise the rates very soon after signing up and after I canceled my service they charged me $100 extra on an already cancelled account for a “non returned equipment” after I send the equipment back in the returned box with a label THEY SENT ME. Will forever never recommend anyone to this trash company

Three months of constant outage, I waited on average one hour for each call. Spent about 10 hours. Nobody was able to fix it. I reached out to the office of the president and it took two trips for the technician to replace and do the proper installation. When they finally fixed, I was charged $250 without any notification. Don’t use Frontier.

Tried to cancel my mother’s telephone service when she became non-responsive. Called 3 different people who said it couldn’t be closed because I didn’t have an account number and was told to download the app to close the account. (btw, you need the account number to set up the app). They said they could send a statement with the number to the nursing home where she lived, but not to my home address. Statement never received. Went to bank and had the auto draft shut down. Received a bill with late payment penalty after she died, addressed to my home address. Called customer service again, was told again 2 more times to download the app. That they could close it if I sent a death certificate to a PO Box, but not addressed in attention to a department or person.
