Shannon was very through. He spent a considerable amount of time with me and explained the things he found that needed attention in a way I could understand. His print out report was outstanding with lots of pictures pointing out defects and prioritizing in order of importance. I highly recommend him. I personally would never purchase a home without a home inspection. It can save you from a enormous financial mistake if a home is found to have foundation or structural issues.
