Our hot water heater went out. They send out Renuldo i’m not sure of the spelling of his name, a perfect gentlemen, and he did everything Possible to fix the hot water heater to keep it going until we get it replaced. Remaldo fixed a leaky faucet that other plumbers said could only be fixed by drilling through the wall and replacing pipes. He fixed it in a simple way. His problem-solving skills are tops. I told him he is now my plumber for life! He is kind and thoughtful.
