Their workers like to brake check you for no apparent reason when they are driving on Gordon highway and nearly cause you to wreck. Then when you go around them all you can smell coming out of the truck is weed. This company really needs to check in to who they employee but I'm sure they don't care. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on this alone. Can't imagine having someone in my house working on my HVAC while high.

I bought a brand new unit from this company. I had to buy a space heater to survive the cold snap before they could get here and take time off of work for the appointment. It turns out nobody flipped the switch to "on" to enable heat. The repairman chuckled in response to the issue. I find nothing funny about incompetence

I called Frost Heating and Cooling today because my AC had stopped functioning, and we are in the middle of a heat wave. Alex, the serviceman who was assigned to the job, called to let me know he was on his way. Based on what I told him over the phone, he said that it was probably the thermostat. When he arrived, he checked the system thoroughly and replaced the thermostat. Throughout the whole visit, he was cheerful, upbeat, and friendly. Very easy to talk to. Before he left, he let me know about the company's annual service plan, in which I enrolled today. Given that I had lost my AC on a hot August day in South Carolina and was not in the best of moods, the experience I had with Frost Heating and Cooling and Alex was definitely a positive one, and I would highly recommend them to

Frost Heating and Cooling was hired to inspect a home we were purchasing as part of our purchase agreement. The technician they sent to the home said he performed a thorough inspection and said there were no issues. The first night we were in the house we noticed one side of the house was freezing and the vents were blowing like wind tunnels. The other half of the house was not blowing at all. We went up to the walk out attic and noticed there were two holes in the duct work. One was duck taped and the other was wide open. We called Frost to have them come out to repair it. They sent their technician who was very friendly and cordial. He identified the damper motors (2) were bad and the area duck taped was a huge rip and he identified a second rip in the duct. Mr. Frost and Tully’s crew did a spectacular install! I chose Frost Heating and Air, due to the education they gave me on what kind of unit was best for my company! Not only did they keep me updated on a special order they also were on time and finished in a timely manner! They were able to get me on their schedule fast aswell! Next time i need something done with Heating and Air, i know who to call! I would recommend this business to anyone! Thank y’all so much for everything!
