I own a business that was severely impacted by a tornado. I called Frost to come out to look at it. Their schedule did not allow for them to fix the roof themselves (a testament to the demand for their work). They knew this before the visit but still came out to offer guidance and expertise on what I needed done. Customer service like this is virtually non-existent anymore. This gesture by them should be recognized and commended.

We had Frost come out and replace our roof. The service they provided was TOP NOTCH! I initially started working with Chad Dunlap which was an absolute pleasure! He keep me updated through out the whole process all the way through the installation. The installation crew was Top Notch as well! They are all very pleasent and professional people. Would recommend Frost Roofing to anyone with roofing needs!

Had Ryan Nickerson from Frost Roofing come out after tree fell on my roof. They patched the roof so it did not leak. Absolutely no work done other than patch a few leaks and still have a inch deep dent in my patio roof. Needless to say when I call, I get Sue Ellen and told that Ryan no longer works for the company! What a joke. If you need a roofer, contact another company! Too bad this review won't let you give them minus 2 stars...
