We had a problem over a holiday weekend in winter. Frost had originally installed the well and pump decades ago, and we never had problems with the system, so I didn't have a recent relationship with the company. I called them on a Saturday out of the blue and Nick responded quickly and told us what we could do to try to solve the problem ourselves. Very helpful.

I can't say enough great things about the team at Frost Wells & Pumps. I found them on the web in July as I had a leak from my well tank. Tyler came and assessed the tank and system and stated that we were fine but that the tank had failed and recommended that we should change the tank in the coming months. We set up the appointment, Tyler returned again and we decided to install a larger tank for better use of our pump and water pressure. Well, here is the result. Perfect. I highly recommend Tyler and the team at Frost.

Frost is my absolute go to with anything well related for both of my properties in Vermont. Fantastic customer service, the technicians are friendly and genuinely care about their work. The best in Southern VT!

We are so so grateful for Frost wells and pump , they were at our house within an hour of calling them. Very friendly , reliable and quick at helping us get our water back. Aaron you rock!!
