FRS did a great job with both the work and the cleanup. The crew was timely and focused and all very nice guys. In addition to a full roof replacement, FRS was able to repoint our chimney and take care of wooden gutter maintenance and repair. It was very helpful to get everything done at once! Rick (consultant for the project) and Raphael (production manager) were particularly helpful in getting everything done as requested. There was a brief drop in communication at one point but Raphael had it sorted quickly. Overall, very pleased with the quality of the work and the experience.

I needed a total roof replacement in order to sell my home and was working under a very tight timeline. Great experience with FRS. Brendan & Alex visited our home and inspected our roof to identify the source of water that had been leaking into a bathroom. Brendan clearly explained the issue using video and photos taken while on our roof and then outlined their recommended repair. This seemed comprehensive with great attention to detail and Brendan & Alex took time to answer our many questions.When the repair was performed the two roofers again used video and photos to document and share their work with us and also took time to explain their work. A week after completion of the job Brendan returned to inspect the work that had been performed and to ensure our satisfaction. Great experience with FRS roofing all around! Brendan came for a thorough inspection and provided itemized quote. The installation team came well prepared, with photos to explain what to be done and how they are going to do it. Afterwards, Brendan came again for postmortem to make sure everything is done correctly and hear my feedback. I would trust FRS roofing for future projects.
