FRSTeam of Colorado & Wyoming

FRSTeam was subcontracted by our restoration company to handle the packing and unpacking of basement contents after a flooding incident. They performed the initial pack-out as expected. However, on the scheduled day for moving items back into our home (a Friday), FRSTeam unexpectedly demanded payment via cashier's check before proceeding—despite no prior notification that this would be required. This left us unable to arrange payment on short notice late in the day. As a result, we had to move the remaining items ourselves over the weekend, completing most of the work except for the portion shown in the attached photo. Despite refusing to complete the agreed-upon service and failing to communicate the payment change in advance, FRSTeam still charged us the full amount. This experience was

Zach and Brian did a fantastic job removing my personal property from my house following severe smoke and chemical damage from an adjacent fire. They were diligent and responsive and were excellent communicators. I can’t thank them as well as Loic and the entire FRSTeam Colorado crew for their help during this devastating crisis.

This place does not deserve the 1 star that I had to give them. Talk about an Nightmare. My house Flooded a couple of months after we moved in. This company is the worst. I think you should find someone else to fix the furniture or anything else. The customer service was awful and they damaged all of my furniture and lost property of mine. They ripped every piece of my furniture.(Couch in 4 places, Loveseat in 2 places and one rip in the chair.) Then said it was not them that did the damage, we took picture's before they picked it up, and more when they were dropping it off. Glad we did. My husband had to contact the corporate off in order to get our property fixed. He also went to there office in Denver and they were rude and would not give him any answers, or our rugs, they said

After my apartment flooded my insurance made me use this company for my flood restoration. My initial experience with the team was amazing and they we're very professional, and organized. Unfortunately none of that lasted long, and my experience had ended up being completely horrendous. Officially 3 months since FRST Team came out and cleared EVERYTHING out my apartment-- Including things like Glasses, Pots, Pans, Cutting Boards, and other items that weren't in my insurance claim. They ended up taking my appliances like my Washer, Dryer, and Stove top which aren't even my property and were eventually returned damaged. This company claims to have your belongings back to you within 4-5 days if its an emergency order, BUT my restoration process took nearly 3 months to complete and the add-on

FRSTeam provided our family with 5-star customer service - from their very responsive office staff to their field service team, everything was done with professionalism, courtesy and a real sense of pride. They documented every item in our home with photographs and an orderly written inventory list. When the items were returned to our home after reconstruction, every box we opened was perfectly packed, personal items cleaned/folded and easily identified as to which room they were originally moved from in our home. Look no further than FRSTeam when an unfortunate disaster strikes - request them should your insurance be involved - you will appreciate the way in which they do business.
