This restoration company was so great to work with! We had a house fire and were displaced from our home for a year. Kat, Phil, Colby, and the entire team were beyond compassionate and professional. My name is Karen Kuntz, I recently had an electrical fire in my Attic. First Team Restoration was on the job the next day they started packing my smoke damaged belongings, and my whole house. I needed to have a couple weeks worth of clothes cleaned to be able to go to work, they rushed the amount of clothes I chose and got those to me within a couple of days. I was so impressed on their attention to detail in cleaning, packing and storage my personal items while my home was being rebuilt. They kept in contact with me through out the whole process. When I returned home they had labeled every box with certain contents. They made it super easy to unpack all my items, and packed they did.
