Frugal Kitchens & Cabinets

Overall, I was pleased with Frugal Kitchens. Our kitchen is beautiful, the design they were able to bring together (Andrea - she was great!), and they were pretty quick at installing - I would give them 5 stars based on this. The reason I am giving them 4 is for the following: 1. Shela “Sam” Mixon was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. There was an incident where we saw someone on our upstairs camera go upstairs (there was no reason for anyone to be upstairs). She apparently talked to her crew and they all said they did not go upstairs so she called me to tell me that I needed to call & apologize to them if I wanted them to continue working on our kitchen 2. They did not hang up any plastic protection in our house and we had a FULL renovation. Dust was EVERYWHERE in our house - we had to

Placed an order for the cabinets. Arrived six weeks later and the workers installed them within a week. Unfortunately, the stain on the top molding didn’t match the split piece next to it. No one reviewed the product for issues before installation. The bottom floor moldings didn’t cover the gap from prior cabinets. The sink for the vanity couldn’t be plumbed. Was told that’s my problem until we threatened to call Action News. Two days later new sink in place. Will not use this second rate company again nor recommend.

My family and I just had our dream kitchen desiged by Andrea at the North Druid Hills location. Andrea was very nice and she knows her stuff. Everything that I was thinking in my head she put in our design and more. We are in love with the design and wewe can wait to start our project. Thanks again Andrea!

We were skeptical at first as their price was lower than others. However, our kitchen look amazing, from design to instal. We are very thankful and grateful to Frugal.

My wife and I drove for 30 minutes to find Frugal Kitchens. We walked in and there was no one in sight. We could hear someone taking in the back so I stuck my head around the corner and the lady saw me, but didn't acknowledge me. Then my wife stepped into what appeared to be another part of the show room, but it was apparently an office and the guy there just said hi and kept doing whatever he was doing. We wondered around for about 20 minutes and no one ever came out to help us so we left.
