Had a new laminate floor installed which replaced my existing laminate and carpeting. Starting right after the install, the one transition piece was loose and was flopping around and tripping people. So the owner and his infinite wisdom, decided to send a guy down with double-sided tape. This definitely is not a proper fix for an improperly installed transition strip. For 2 years he has been refusing to fix it, he claims people have been here and that I didn't want to work with them. Nobody wants things taped down to their floor when they should be installed the right way the first time. Not only that problem, three installers showed up to install my floor only two of them were worth the time and money. Had to have the owner come down due to the one installer using 4-in to 6-in pieces arou

I came in 3 weeks ago looking for brick tile flooring. The woman was helping an elderly couple. She then turned to help me. I told her what I was looking for. That I wanted to stay under $10,000 for my living room. She priced me $8,500 which I was so happy about. I told her that’s affordable & she laughed at me and told me come back with 4 jobs & maybe then I can afford this flooring. She stereotyped me being young that I couldn’t afford that flooring. Not knowing I was planning to come & buy all my flooring for my 5,000sqft house in cash at her business. It was wrong in soo many ways. I support local businesses. But I will not support that woman sitting in the side desk next to the tile trying to sell flooring. She didn’t take me seriously. She wasn’t friendly to me like she was the elder
