Due to the permanent closure of our initial contractor’s business, and their referral to F+S Bath Design Studio, we entered into a contractual agreement with them. We were concerned about the geographic distance, but in the end it did not influence our decision to move forward. Meeting Mr. Gee, Owner, who is meticulous, knowledgeable, and accommodating - along with his skilled and courteous team, led to the remodeling of 3 bathrooms that exceeded our expectations. Although the cost was higher than the previous estimate, the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to details made it a justified investment. I would highly recommend their services for future projects. Thanks!

If only I could leave zero stars. Anyway, for all of you who are looking for a great experience with your home upgrade. Look elsewhere. Quality of products were good. that much ill say. the communication, labor, and overall experience for the projects we got? Beyond atrocious. First off, they never stick to their timelines and do everything in their power to blame you for their inability to stick to their timeframe. Secondly, they breach contract with the above and also quote you for everything you want, they will waste your time as you tell them about your dream project only to find out they exclude things from the contract fine print and still charge you the full quote price. Additionally, they leave their trash everywhere, rip up baseboards and dont fix them, leave holes in your wall

Guy and his team recently completed a remodel of my kitchen and I couldn't be happier. Everyone was helpful and professional. Tom designed a plan that maximized the limited space. Robynn provided a guiding hand for selecting materials that were both practical and fit my style. The estimate, although not the lowest, was comprehensive, clear about what was included, and realistic. The team would communicate when they would be on site, what they would be doing, and they worked with my schedule. They finished on time and on budget. The result was a kitchen that is both stylish and functional. I will be returning to F&S when I have future projects.

We absolutely love our new kitchen! We were well overdue for a remodel after 40 years and Guy and the staff at F&S were fantastic in helping us. The contractors were all professional and on time, cleaned up after themselves and answered all of our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend them and we will definitely contact them when we are ready for our new project.

We did NOT have a good experience. The project included updates to existing kitchen (countertops, painting, hood, backsplash) and total remodel of powder room. Looks good from afar. Crappy up close. Bathroom estimated at 1.5/2 weeks and kitchen 2-3 weeks. Took about 8 weeks. Ripped bathroom and kitchen apart on Days 1-3. That's the only part of the process that happened on schedule. No counters or sink for about 4 weeks. No cooktop. No bathroom for 7 weeks. No concern for our quality of life (or the fact we have jobs) during this process or respect for our time. Was two weeks before the countertops were even templated. They blamed the fabricator. But you don't rip someone's house apart if you don't have the materials yet.... After estimate and job start, Guy's involvement is minimal. W
