Fulford HVAC responded quickly when my heat went off in the big snowstorm. Another company had diagnosed the problem but failed to follow up with a bid. The price I got from Fulford was reasonable and the salesperson Jeff explained thoroughly what my options were. The company was able to rearrange some jobs so I could get a new heat pump installed the next day. The new unit is amazing! It is much quieter than my old unit and produces more heat as well. I have been very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of Fulford HVAC. L

I never felt pressured, Jeff answered all my questions, and I finally decided to give him the job of move all the ductwork from the crawl space to the attic and installing new HVAC unit.
