Full Moon Plumbing

John and Chris with Full Moon Plumbing were great! I had a water leak about 5 feet under my slab. When every other company wanted to charge 16k to 20k to redo all the plumbing in my house, they were able to fix it for hardly anything! The big companies just wanted to go the easy way and make money at the home owners expense. They both were very professional and even fixed two leaky outside faucets and didn’t charge a thing! I would definitely recommend them over the “big name” companies. Lets keep small businesses in business!!!!!

John was able to make it out here within 1 business day. He called 30 minutes in advance to confirm the appt. and showed exactly on time. He worked for a full hour on the issue without stopping and fixed the problem, which I tried fixing myself numerous times. He showed up knowing exactly where to go to begin working. After an hour he and his son cleaned up and were gone. The price was very reasonable. He's a nice guy, friendly and professional. This guy is my new plumber now. 5 stars

John came out and repaired our toilet and, as luck would have it, also cleaned out our stopped up toilet line. He did a great job and was very efficient. Also has very reasonable rates for his work. Highly recommended for sure! Will be calling him back in the future.

John is incredible! Honestly one of the most honest and best plumbers in tyler, I’ve used him for our home plumbing issues along with today at my business when my sewer line clogged, on top of unclogging the line we were able to repair our toilet so it no longer wobbled. Is pricing is more than reasonable for his many years of experience! Along with unmatched quality and customer service.

I had an after hours emergency and i could not get the water shut off at the meter. The leak was near the meter and the water company failed to shut it off completely. John came out and got it turned off. He returned the next day and they managed to get the repair finished. I appreciate the fact he squeezed us in on such short notice.
