I've been trying to get my fridge fixed for a month. I had another repair place working on it. They got stumped and said call Dave. "He is the best." Well, Dave recently retired. I could not get this place to come check out my fridge. Send pictures. I did. No one called. I call a couple days later. "Oh yeah, it might be this. We'll order the part." I ask for a quote. "We'll call you back." No one ever did. Don't use this place. Super bad customer service and they don't seem interested in new business. Update -almost 3 weeks later I received a call today saying my parts were in. I was so confused. I never asked for parts to be ordered. I asked for a quote before we proceeded. I said I ended up buying a new fridge over 2 weeks ago. I was mid sentence and Ashley hung up on me. Be careful if

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. We had them order a part for our washer. We assumed it would be a new part. When the "new" part failed immediately. I called to have them and asked them to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. This is customary, when a new a part fails. Ashley said they couldn't help us with that and obviously is was not a new with any warranty. They were not being transparent with us about the part. We were just SOL out of hundreds of dollars. Very deceitful. When I called, she was talking to someone else, and didn't really care. What losers, do not trust them.....we are going to warn everyone of their shady business practices.

Doesn’t deserve even 1star. Came to our home to repair a warranty part Ended up causing more damage. He came back 3xs never fixed it. Told us it needed food in it. so it would work. Lost hundreds of dollars of food plus because it never worked after he worked on it. Had to get a new refrigerator. He stole our money and ran. He doesn’t know what he is doing. Plus he charged us 600 dollars to fix a fridge under warranty he never fixed. He wouldn’t return phone calls. Or stand behind his work. I wish I would have checked other reviews before having him come. Very dishonest. And not capable of fixing things😢 Stay away. Expensive lesson to learn. 😢😢😢

They came in to repair a LG refrigerator that is still under warranty. The tech said there was a leak, spent some time looking for it and after saying he had found it and repaired he told me my appliance should work . The refrigerator didn't show any improvement, it hasn't not been cooling at all. I gave them a few calls but got a full voicemail box. I sent a text message but never heard back. Having a large family with multiple little kids makes a refrigerator more than essential. We have been without one for more than a month. I called LG back and they are sending one of their techs. I wonder if Fuller only came because of the warranty? I hate thinking that way but their lack of communication (we have been literally ghosted) doesn't show respect, any care and concern for me and my famil

I called the office and explained about my emergency and they had a technician out within the hour. He was very friendly and so willing to help get my dishwasher and dryer fixed. I have used them several times in the past and would highly recommend them.
